FUNCTIONAL FROM START TO FINISH With no cords, electricity, or batteries needed to run this mini espresso machine. With the help of the semi-automatic piston, small quantities of water are injected into the coffee adapter. After a few pushes, the optimal extraction pressure is achieved and a rich and bold espresso is extracted.
- Fill the filter basket with fine coffee grounds (8gr)
- Screw tightly the outlet head into the main body.
- Add boiling water into the water tank.
- Unlock the piston from its travel position.
- Hold the coffee maker with two hands, as showed below. Start pumping above a cup. The first 8 strokes the pressure is built. Pump slowly until all coffee come out.
I was slightly skeptical, but I have made half a dozen espressos so far, and it is every bit as good as those I get from my Nespresso machine
